The Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP/CHAP) is now open at the Community Action Agency sites around the state. Coventry Human Services (860)742-5324 and Coventry Senior Center (860) 742-3525 are agency sites serving Coventry residents.
Applications for the CT Energy Assistance Program through the Access Agency will be accepted after September 18th. Deliverable fuel begins November 1st.
