Housing Rehab Program (PDF)
The Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program is designed for low and moderate income homeowners and landlords with low and moderate income tenants to address safety and public health code violations, as well as provide funds for necessary house repairs. Funds will address safety and public health code violations first but also may be used by homeowners for common repair projects including but not limited to, septic system repairs, sewer connections, roofing & siding, structural deficiencies, replacement windows, plumbing, electrical, and heating systems.

Prescription Drug Savings
This program is offered by your Local Government Executives and the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities to help lower the prescription drug cost for Connecticut residents. There is no charge to you or the Municipality to belong to this program. Highlights: Available to Connecticut State residents, in certain towns, regardless of age, income, or current health coverage. FREE for Your City/Town and FREE for participants. Every prescription medication, including some pet medications, is eligible for a discount.
