Sewer Backups / Alarms

If your sinks are not draining / toilet is not flushing it is most likely a blockage in your house plumbing, not an issue with the sewer mains. Please call a plumber / drain cleaning service. We can provide measurements to "cleanouts" in your yard for the sewer line between your house and the street. email Mike Ruef or call 860-531-2913.

Alarms: if your house has a town-owned sewer pump and the alarm is going off stop using water. Silence the alarm buzzer with the black button on the right side of the alarm panel (the red light will continue flashing). During normal business hours (Mon-Fri 7AM - 3PM) call Public Works at 860-742-6855. Outside of these hours call Coventry Police dispatch at 860-742-7331.
