Item Removal Notice
The Cemetery Commission, in collaboration with the town sexton and DPW, regularly clean-up broken, out-of-season, or otherwise unsightly decorations. We also remove larger items such as benches, overgrown bushes, or statues that are not compliant with our Rules and Regulations.
In an effort to provide notice before removing larger items or decorations, we may mark items with red plastic violation tags. Notice will be given at our discretion and will be 30 days before removal. Smaller items will still be removed without notice. Please contact the sexton or Coventry Cemetery Commission with any questions.
Purchasing Burial Rights
If you are interested in purchasing burial rights in Coventry Cemetery, please contact the sexton. Before meeting with the sexton, it may be helpful to review the cemetery layout and lot availability by viewing the online cemetery map.
