Land Use
The Land Use Department helps guide the conservation and development of the Town of Coventry. Staff enforce the Zoning, Subdivision, and Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Regulations, and use the Plan of Conservation and Development as a guide to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the community and plan for the future.
Land Use Department Hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Thursday: 8:30am - 6:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 1:30pm

to apply for all Zoning Permits, Applications to Land Use Boards and Commissions, as well as file Blight, Zoning, or Wetlands Complaints
All permitting is applied for using the newly enhanced online permitting system for permit submissions.
