LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF COVENTRY, CONNECTICUT SPECIAL TOWN MEETING Tuesday, March 31, 2026 Notice is hereby given to the electors of the Town of Coventry and those qualified taxpayers lawfully entitled to vote in Coventry Town Meetings pursuant to Section 7-6 of the Connecticut General Statutes that a Special Town Meeting will be commenced on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Veterans Auditorium, Coventry High School, 78 Ripley Hill Rd., the following purpose: Shall the Town of Coventry overrule Ordinance #267 “Discharge of Firearms & Air Guns", adopted by the Town Council on March 2, 2026, pursuant to Section 9-4 of the Town Charter? Dated at Coventry, Connecticut this 19th day of March 2026.
